Qosa

A challenging client brief to revitalize a long-neglected corner of the popular Golkonda Resort in Gandipet led to the creation of QOSA—a mystical watering hole and upscale dining destination.

Architecturally distinct, QOSA embraces a bold design language defined by acute angles, intersecting triangular prisms, inclined metal columns, and curving mezzanines. The space comes alive with snaking exposed ducts, suspended sculptural lighting, an outdoor stage, and open-air seating, crafting an atmosphere that is both dynamic and immersive.

At its heart, a mesmerizing helical staircase descends into a soon-to-open intimate subterranean pub, which seamlessly extends into a stylish alfresco lounge—blurring the lines between indoor sophistication and outdoor charm.
